Keeping Coaching simple, here’s my approach at its most basic:
Use the 5c’s and / or logical model to see how your new or existing team are set up
Want to get something out incrementally and to gain valuable feedback, then use the PDCA cycle
Other models exist but use the established TGROW model for coaching teams, leaders, individuals and great for managing meetings
Change is constant - use the change cycle to engage with teams, leaders, individuals to see where and how they cope with change
Using some of the basic models outlined in this video will help drive conversations, leading to teams taking action and responsibility for driving high performance.
